Printed to order

Every item is printed when you order it, so there is no warehouse and nothing to restock. That keeps the range wide and the prices honest, and it means returns work differently from an ordinary shop.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

We replace it. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and a new one goes out at our cost — you keep the original, there is nothing to post back.

Change of mind

We can’t take these back. A printed item can’t be resold, so a change-of-mind return is a total loss rather than a restocking cost. Check the size guide before ordering.

Wrong size or address

Email us within a couple of hours and we’ll try to catch it before it reaches the press. After that it’s already being printed and we can’t stop it.
