- Damaged, faulty or wrong item
- We replace it. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery and a new one goes out at our cost — you keep the original, there is nothing to post back.
- Change of mind
- We can’t take these back. A printed item can’t be resold, so a change-of-mind return is a total loss rather than a restocking cost. Check the size guide before ordering.
- Wrong size or address
- Email us within a couple of hours and we’ll try to catch it before it reaches the press. After that it’s already being printed and we can’t stop it.
