Look up an invoice we’ve sent you and pay it securely. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your bank or card details.
Can’t find your invoice?
If the invoice was sent to a different address, or you need it reissued to your accounts payable team, email us and we’ll sort it out the same day. Production@forgedstu.com
How we bill
- Deposit and balance
- Most projects are billed in two parts: 50% to book the work and 50% before final delivery. Each part is its own invoice with its own number and due date, so you always pay exactly what the invoice in front of you says. Nothing is split at this page.
- The invoice total is what you pay
- Nothing is added at checkout — no processing fee, no surcharge, no handling charge. Whatever figure the invoice shows is the figure that leaves your account.
- Bank transfer or card
- Invoices can be settled by ACH direct debit from a US bank account, or by card. Bank transfers take a few business days to clear; card payments go through straight away. Tell us which you’ll be using before we raise the invoice and it will be set up for that by the time it reaches you.
