Overview
A note belongs to a frame, not to a file. Clicking one jumps the player straight to the frame it was written on, and the timeline shows a marker at every frame carrying feedback.
Notes accept a reference image, so feedback can show rather than describe. Any URL typed into a note becomes a real link — bare www. addresses and email addresses too — while the note itself stays plain text, so nothing can be injected through it.
How to
- Park on the frame in question.
- Type the note in the panel on the right.
- Attach a reference image with 🖼 Image if it helps.
- Add note — the task's assignee is notified in-app and by email.
Controls
| Control | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| body | Text | The note. URLs and email addresses become links automatically. |
| image | File | An optional reference picture, opened full size on click. |
| edit | Action | Retype your own note in place. Enter saves, Escape cancels. |
| delete | Action | Remove a note and its image. Yours always; anyone's if you are a producer. |
Known edges
Nobody can edit someone else's words — not even a producer — because a note is a record of what a person said. Producers can delete any note, including client feedback, for moderation. Notes arriving through a client review link can never be edited internally, only removed.
