Roles and access

Who can do what in Forged Review.

Role	What it can do
Founder	Everything a producer can do, plus payroll and studio-wide settings.
Producer	Full control of their projects: structure, tasks, statuses, playlists, meetings, client delivery.
Supervisor	Reviews dailies and sets statuses. Cannot restructure a show.
Coordinator	Scoped to granted shows. Assigns tasks, takes notes, curates playlists, uploads project files.
Director	In-house review-only. Sees just the projects they are attached to; can review and note, changes nothing.
Artist	Uploads dailies on assigned tasks, reads notes, sees their own schedule.
Client	External. Reaches only a shared client playlist through a token link — no account.
