Overview
One vocabulary runs the whole platform, colour-coded everywhere it appears — the shot sheet, the media grid, task tables, playlists and project overviews.
Setting a status on the newest version of a task moves the task with it, so the sheet always reflects the latest word without anyone updating two places.
How to
- Judge the daily in the reviewer.
- Pick from Set status.
- For a batch, select in the Media tab and set them all at once.

Known edges
Uploading a new daily puts its task back to Pending Review automatically. Coordinators can assign tasks but not set statuses — judging stays with supervisors and producers.
