Overview
Artists submit their hours in their own timezone; everyone else reads them converted into theirs, DST-correct, with overnight spans split across the right days. A heatmap counts how many people are free each hour and marks in gold the hours when everyone is.
Clicking any hour opens the meeting form with the date, the time, and everyone free at that hour already invited.
How to
- Open Availability on a project, or studio-wide.
- Hover an hour to see exactly who is free.
- Click it to schedule into that slot, or click a gold 'everyone free' range to book the whole block.
Controls
