Overview
Producers schedule onto a project or across the studio; anyone can schedule a personal meeting and invite peers, who accept or decline. Times are entered in the scheduler's zone and shown to everyone else in theirs.
Every project has a calendar colour, and any single meeting can override it.
How to
- Click a day on the calendar.
- Set the scope — a project, studio-wide, or personal.
- Pick attendees (search, or select all), a colour, and a repeat rule.
- Attendees are notified in-app and by email, and reminded the morning of.
