Overview
Nothing important lives only inside the app. Notes, client feedback, meeting invites, RSVPs, cancellations, day-of reminders and deadline warnings all send email as well as raising an in-app notification.
Each person controls their own volume: a meeting-email toggle on the Meetings page and a note-email toggle on My Tasks.
Controls

Known edges
Day-of meeting reminders fire on the recipient's own timezone, not the server's.
