Overview
Four media kinds, one reviewer. Video plays. Stills sit as a single frame. PDFs flip page by page with the arrow keys — built because storyboard artists work in PDF. Audio scrubs against a generated waveform at one frame per second.
Whatever arrives is normalized on upload: transcoded to web-ready H.264 where needed, thumbnailed, and probed for frame rate and length.

Known edges
Streams are capped at 12 Mbit/s and re-encoded above it. That cap exists because passthrough masters at 24–51 Mbit/s stalled for remote artists — review-grade streaming beats master-grade streaming that will not play.
