Expressions

Arithmetic, functions, frame, and cross-knob references.

Any numeric knob takes an expression through the ƒ button. Expressions may use arithmetic, the usual functions, frame, and references to other knobs — including time-shifted sampling of another knob's curve.

Cycles are detected and refused rather than silently evaluated to something. Expressions participate in the content hash, so an expression-driven knob caches correctly.
