Overview

Per-hue correction curves — desaturate just the greens, darken just the blues. The spill-and-sky tool.

How to

How-to

  1. Pick a curve (saturation, luminance, red…) and pull it down or up at the hue you want to change.
  2. The curves are indexed by hue: for a selection that also depends on saturation and brightness use BS_HueQualifier or BS_MasterColor's Hue vs page.
  3. Sample the viewer with the eyedropper to add a point at the sampled hue.

Parameters

ParameterTypeDefaultWhat it does
channelsChoicergbaWhich channels this node writes: rgba, rgb (alpha passes through untouched), alpha only, all, or none (bypass). Everything unselected comes straight from the input — same as Nuke. allrgbargbalphanone
satLut7 pointsSaturation per hue: pull the point over a hue to desaturate it.
lumLut7 pointsLuminance per hue.
redLut7 pointsThe channel's gain per hue.
greenLut7 pointsThe channel's gain per hue.
blueLut7 pointsThe channel's gain per hue.
r_supLut7 pointsSuppression: the channel pulled DOWN toward the other two per hue — spill removal by hue.
g_supLut7 pointsSuppression: the channel pulled DOWN toward the other two per hue — spill removal by hue.
b_supLut7 pointsSuppression: the channel pulled DOWN toward the other two per hue — spill removal by hue.
sat_thrshLut7 pointsBelow this saturation a hue's corrections fade out, so greys are left alone.
mix_luminanceFloat1.0How much the luminance curve applies.
disabledBoolfalseBypass: the node passes its first input through untouched (D in the graph). The knobs keep their values for when it comes back.
labelTextA note shown under the node in the graph — what this node is FOR. Never affects the render or the cache.
hide_inputBoolfalseDraw the node without its input wire — a tidy graph for a node whose source is obvious (a Dot, a viewer tap).
